We offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50 . Masks will ship free of charge.
We use UPS as our shipping provider and ship orders Monday through Friday. All of our products are made to order and expected to ship between 7-10 business days. Please reach out to our customer service team for further details.
Please note that we are only able to ship to a valid street address and are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. For more information on shipping rates and policies, click here.
Little Minkoff does not fulfill or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or the week between Christmas and New Year’s Eve. We do not ship to PO boxes.

We offer free returns on orders of $50 or more within 30 business days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Any merchandise that looks worn, washed, broken, is missing tags or receipt will not be refunded. Returns on orders less than $50 are subject to a $7 processing fee.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
To return an item, please process your request through our RETURN PORTAL. We will respond with a free return shipping label within one business day.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your return. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued. Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your original method of payment.
All sale items are FINAL and cannot be exchanged or returned. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
We offer free exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. To exchange an item, please process through our RETURN PORTAL and send us an email at email@example.com indicating which item(s) you are returning and what item, color, and size you would like for your exchange. We will respond with a free return shipping label within one business day. If your requested item has completely sold out, we will notify you by email and will refund you instead.
